This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.
Breathwork can be experienced as a journey back to the body — away from stories and mental noise, and closer to what is already here. It is a body-based practice that supports presence, awareness, and connection.
We begin the workshop with a short introduction, where the structure of the session and the breathwork practice are explained, followed by a guided breathwork journey and time for rest and integration.
About the breathwork practice
The breathwork technique used in this workshop can be described as an active meditation that supports awareness and presence in the body.
The practice can open access to deeper layers of experience — physical, emotional, and mental — and may bring insight, release, or a stronger sense of connection.
Rather than forcing change or specific outcomes, the breath is used as a way to explore what is already present. Sensations, emotions, and inner responses may arise, and the experience may unfold in unique ways.
The practice may feel subtle and quiet, or more intense and expressive, depending on the individual experience and the moment.
Possible benefits of breathwork
Breathwork can support a range of experiences. Benefits may include:
Increased awareness and connection to the body
Strengthened intuition
Support for nervous system regulation
Inspired creativity
Deep relaxation and rest
Relief from stress, anxiety, and emotional tension
Each participant’s experience is individual, and the practice allows space for what is present to unfold. It can be helpful to come with an open and curious mind.
