This day will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. In our Autumn Edition Wellness Day, we are excited to share with you a day packed with a variety of experiences:

Glød Yoga’s Wellness Day is a collection of day-retreats that is specifically tailored for transformation. This is for you who are curious to yoga, breath and awareness, where you can immerse yourself in our best offerings. You don’t need any experience to attend this day, just come as you are and we’ll take care of the rest! We are excited to see you on the mat.

10:00-10:10: Welcome + Grounding
10:10-11:15 Vinyasa Yoga with Jules: This energizing flow will wake up your body with mindful movement and breath. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
11:15-11:30 Short break
11:30-12:30: Breathwork with Tuva: Strengthen your relationship with your own body and inner wisdom. This is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear energy that is stuck in the body and mind. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a portal for deeper personal connection and healing.
12:30-13:30 Homemade lunch (included): Enjoy our homemade, nourishing and delicious lunch. Usually served in a family style for sharing, accompanied by fresh drinks. If you have any dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can accomodate.
13:30-14:00 Yoga Nidra with Tora: This is a deeply relaxing meditation, where you will be guided into a state of complete release. Yoga Nidra is traslated into “Yogic Sleep” where your body is relaxing, but you are still aware and awake.
14:00-14:45 Sound Healing with Tora: Enjoy our soothing sound healing meditation. Tora plays on Tibetan singing bowls, designed to target each chakra specifically, with unique frequencies and vibrations that you can feel in your body. Tora will guide you into a deep relaxation state in order for you to access your subconscious mind.

Your Wellness Day host
Tora is the founder and creator of Glød Yoga. She owns the 500m2 yoga studio at Frogner in Oslo and is an experiences retreat host. She has developed her own clothing line (Glød Wear), professional yoga mats and equipment under the Glød Yoga brand, and is continuing to develop her wellness business, offering a variety of wellness-tools for the local community in Oslo. Tora is certified in vinyasa yoga & Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, Pre-natal yoga and sound healing and is a knowledgable teacher. She is the mother of her baby, little Liv. Tora creates retreats and events with passion, focusing on the individual experience. Together with her team, she is sure this day will be an experience to remember. Welcome!
